🎶 If there’s a suspicious host, and it don’t look good, who you gonna call? Threat Busters! 🎶
That’s right – during this year’s RSA Conference, allow us to re-introduce ourselves as the “Censys Threat Busters.” Like the iconic Ghostbusters, at Censys, we too have what some might call a “supernatural” ability to spot fear-inducing threats and help defend your (digital) realm. Swap proton packs for unmatched internet intelligence, and otherworldly ghosts for cyber specters, and we’re basically in the same line of business.
With RSA just around the corner (May 6-9th), we’re ready to load up our Ecto-1 and hit the road! As we finish packing, we thought we’d share a sneak peak of what you can expect from us at this year’s conference, and how you can engage with our team of Threat Busters.
The Censys Threat Busters Are Ready to Meet You!
1. Catch Us at the Threat Busters HQ (aka Booth #4600)
Meet the Censys Threat Busters in person at Booth #4600 in the Moscone Center Expo Hall – it’ll be the booth that looks strikingly similar to a certain firehouse that has graced the big screen. Our team of Threat Busters will be onsite to chat about how we support threat hunting and Attack Surface Management, share examples of how organizations like yours partner with us, and answer any questions you might have. While you’re at the booth, you can also partake in some of our themed games and treats. Did someone say haunted claw machine? (See below for more.)
2. Summon a Demo
Get your RSA schedule set ahead of time when you pre-book an individual demo with the Censys Threat Busters. You can schedule a meeting here to select the demo date and time that works best for you. Demos take place at the booth (Booth #4600) and are about ~15 minutes in length. An individual demo is a great opportunity to share your areas of interest with our experts, understand how our leading internet intelligence platform can advance your objectives, and ask any questions you may have. The bonus? Anyone who pre-registers and completes an onsite demo at RSA will be entered to win a Meta Quest 3!
3. Attend a Speaking Session with One of Our Top Threat Busters
Our very own Dr. Venkman – that is to say, our Principal Security Researcher Emily Austin – will be hosting a special speaking session at RSA about our team’s investigation into ESXiArgs ransomware! Join Emily on Tuesday, May 7 at 12:40 p.m. in the Moscone Center’s South Expo Hall to hear firsthand how Censys researchers used our proprietary internet intelligence data to track the ESXiArgs ransomware campaign as it unfolded.
4. Conjure Prizes & Treat Yourself
Threat busting is hard work, which is why we’re also carving out time for some fun and games. Stop by our booth to try your luck with our haunted claw machine, which will be full of exclusive Threat Buster-themed prizes (as well as some select high-value gifts such as Apple Watches and AirPods!). You can also enjoy some of our themed sweet treats – if you can get there before our life-size Slimer devours them, that is! That’s right: Slimer will be hanging out in the booth, and rumor has it that #SelfieswithSlimer are highly encouraged.
