At Censys, we’re committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) throughout our organization. Our DEIB committee meets monthly to plan events and initiatives, while our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide valuable support and advocacy for underrepresented voices. Together, we’re creating a more inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

We aim to enhance the diversity of our candidate pools by actively seeking out individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. We are dedicated to ensuring that diverse candidates have equal opportunities to interview and engage with us, aiming to achieve a minimum 90% attainment rate for Candidate Attraction and Placement (CAP).

We firmly believe in providing all our staff members with equal opportunities for mentorship and growth, irrespective of their background or formal training.
